CMS Newsletter – June 2017

I am proud to inform you that in June CMS announced excellent financial results for 2016. The total annual revenues of CMS globally reached EUR 999 million last year. When currency fluctuation is removed, annual revenues are EUR 1,05bn, which is a year-on-year growth of 4.1%. Since the largest-ever deal in the UK legal market, CMS, Nabarro and Olswang combined to form the sixth largest legal services provider in the UK and globally.

In the last edition of our newsletter before our traditional summer break we are pleased to bring you the latest legal developments, including updates on intellectual property, competition and EU law, health, employment and banking and finance law.

We hope you have an enjoyable read and a relaxing summer.
